Field is located adjacent to the Mesa State College campus and is
home to the Mesa State Baseball team. This beautiful 9,000 seat
stadium is one of the top 5 collegiate baseball facilities in the
country.

Field's atmosphere coupled with nearly 300 days of sunshine and
mild winters makes Grand Junction one of the prime baseball locations
in the western United States.

May 2, 2003 the Mavericks set an NCAA Division II regular season,
single game attendance mark of 3,352 fans. In 2003 Mesa State finished
2nd in the nation in total season attendance.
