Jamie Hanks Named RMAC Player of the Week

Senior Jamie Hanks (Glendale, Ariz.) was named Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Player of the Week.

Hanks posted a 5-1 singles record on the Mavericks Kansas road trip including matches with regionally ranked Truman State, Washburn State and NW Missouri State. Hanks defeated Truman State, Washburn State, Winona State, Emporia State and Newman University's number six singles players while allowing just five total games in her five victories. Hanks' only loss was to Bethany College's Stacie Schoon. Hanks is 9-3 overall in singles play.

Hanks and the Mavericks will host Bethany College on Saturday March 29 at 2:00 p.m.
