  Semester/Term: Date Due:
Summer Semester First day of classes
  Fall Semester September 15th
January Term First day of classes
  Spring Semester February 15th

After the due dates outlined above, a per-semester late fee of $50.00 is applied to the student’s account balance. Additional service charges equal to 1% of the current balance are applied monthly.

Note: Students are responsible to pay balances they owe by the designated due date. The Business Office regularly mails bills to the billing address on file each month. Should a bill not be received, students should access Mav Zone to view account balances.

Late Fee Notice

Adding and dropping classes directly affects your account balance. Please go to Mav Zone to view your account one day after you add/drop a class to see how it affects your balance due. Account balances will be assessed late fees and interest after the due date. If you are enrolled in MSC's Automatic Payment Plan late fees and interest are not charged.
