Mesa
State College's Main Campus is located in the heart of Grand Junction.
The campus is a mix of residential and commuter students. Trees,
open space, and grassy areas dominate the campus, providing areas
for students to visit, study, or relax. During the late spring
and early fall it is not uncommon to see an entire class held
on the lawns around campus.
The
Montrose Campus of Mesa State provides residents of surrounding
communities the opportunity to obtain an Associate degree or begin
their college/university education by completing the General Education
requirements for most baccalaureate degrees in Colorado.
Located at 234 South Cascade in Montrose, the Montrose Campus
is attached to the beautiful new Montrose Regional Library complex.
The Montrose Campus is fully equipped with the latest information
technology and computers. Students in Montrose can access all
electronic resources available to students at the Grand Junction
campus. Distance education technology linkages allow students
to participate in selected courses on a fully interactive, real-time
basis.
The Montrose Campus offers individualized advising sessions for
all prospective and current students.
The office at the Montrose Campus is open to the public from
8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Appointments outside of office
hours can be made by calling 970-249-7009.
The
Tilman M. Bishop Campus is the home of Mesa State College's
Applied Technology. Located at 2508 Blichmann Avenue, Mesa State
College offers Associate Degree and Certificate Programs at the
Bishop Campus.
The Bishop Campus is a collaborative project involving Mesa State
College, Mesa County School District 51, and the area business
community.
