to learn to play in a symphony or in a band, Mesa State can help you
reach your goal. Musicians have rewarding careers where their work
is something they love. Performance opportunities abound in Mesa's
music program. Choose from the orchestra, wind symphony, jazz band,
three choirs and a variety of smaller ensembles to showcase your talents.
Our musical groups have performed in Hawaii, England, Canada, Italy
and throughout the United States.
Students study with nationally and internationally acclaimed faculty
in the classroom and studio. Each year the faculty organizes the
Music at Mesa Guest Artist Series bringing internationally renown
musicians to our campus and community. In addition to world class
performances, these artists provide master classes to Mesa State
music students.
