Hey, think there's no way you'll qualify for a scholarship? You won't know unless you try. Here's an easy way to determine if you'll qualify for a scholarship at Mesa State College. To find out what you can receive click on your High School GPA and then run the mouse over your ACT test score and it shows you what you may get as a scholarship to attend Mesa State College. If you meet one criteria but not the other, class rank will come into consideration. To learn more about how class rank plays a role as well as SAT scores instead of ACT scores, visit here under Academic Scholarships.

Okay, there's always a catch. We do not use a weighted GPA and if your ACT Math, English, or reading subscore is in the remedial range (18 or below) you don't qualify. But, hey, if you are awarded a scholarship, take 15 credit hours a semester and maintain your GPA you can renew the scholarship for an additional three years.

There is a second catch as well. In order to be considered for these scholarships, you need to have your application in by the May 1st priority deadline. Applications coming in after the May 1st deadline will still receive consideration, but due to limited funds, are not guaranteed a scholarship.Scholarship status will be determined upon receipt of your completed admissions application, official transcripts, and ACT/SAT test score. Students will be contacted upon determination of eligibility.
