Community Service Opportunities
Some Mesa State College scholarships require that you perform
community service hours. Your scholarship award letter tells you
how many hours you need to perform (50 hours are typical). Community
service is supervised volunteer work for organizations created
to serve the general public. It is a chance for you to use
your skills and talents while helping others in the community.
When picking a place for community service, you may want to look
for work related to your major.
