Returning students to the department, and
worked 12 weeks of the previous term (fall or spring) for
the same department. A department supervisor can also give
a raise with the proper documentation.

Returning students with at least one-year
experience in the same department and work 12 weeks of the
previous term. Persons with specialized training such as tutorial,
special equipment, or supervisory responsibilities may earn
this rate. Students working in positions that are perceived
as undesirable or difficult to fill may also earn this rate.

Returning students with at least two- years
experience in the same department and worked 12 weeks of the
previous term. Must have grade 3 experience to qualify for
this rate.

Returning students with at least three- years
experience in the same department and worked 12 weeks of the
previous term. Must also have more than one year of grade
3 experience and be considered vital to the department.

must possess advanced skills to perform duties with little
supervision. Related coursework may be substituted or combined
with experience.

Returning graduate students with two-years
experience performing specialized duties specifically related
to the job. Students must possess highly technical skills
and be able to work independently. Related coursework may
be substituted or combined to meet the two-year experience
requirement.
