Mesa State College Academic (Colorado) Scholarship-WCCC
Criteria: Mesa State College full time students with
a minimum GPA of 3.0 enrolled in a degree seeking program within
the School of Applied Technology (WCCC programs).
Value: Up to $1,000

American Business Women Association (ABWA) WCCC Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College female full time student pursuing
an Associate degree at WCCC and a Mesa County, Colorado resident
with a minimum GPA of 3.5. The recipient shall prepare and present
a five-minute speech at the April meeting of the ABWA.
Value: $500 for up to two years

Criteria: MSC student enrolled in WCCC pursuing an Associate
Degree. Must be a Mesa County resident and have a minimum institutional
GPA of 3.5.

Wesley Bretey Memorial Scholarship - WCCC
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Available to a Mesa State College full-time student
majoring in a medic-related field and who is a District 51 high
school graduate. The applicant must submit an essay describing their
aspirations to advance in emergency medicine as part of their application
process.
Value: $1000

Brownson Memorial Leadership Scholarship-WCCC
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full time student majoring in
a Vocational program at WCCC with a minimum GPA of 2.5
Value: Tuition and student fees (in-state amount)

City of Grand Junction Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State college full-time students enrolled
in an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) technical degree or a Certificate
program at WCCC who are residents of the City of Grand Junction.
Priority will be given to those with demonstrated financial need.
Value: $2,200

Colorado Contractors Association, Inc. Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full time second year student
majoring in the field of civil engineering, heavy engineering, highway,
municipal-utility construction industry at WCCC with a minimum GPA
of 2.5. Priority will be given to a Colorado resident.
Value: $500 or as determined by funds available

Crawford, Red "Kiwanis" Scholarship

Criteria: Mesa State College full time Sophomore Electronics
Technology students who are Colorado residents with a minimum GPA
of 2.0. Priority will be given to Electronics students.

Decadence Gourmet Cheesecake Scholarship

Criteria: Full-time Mesa State College student, majoring
in Culinary Arts with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Recipient is required
to complete internship at Decadence L.L.C. during scholarship period.

Dixson, Bruce and Louise Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full time student in any area
of study with a history of self help and a GPA of between 2.0 and
3.5.

Francis, M. L. (Bud) Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full-time student enrolled in
a course of study majoring in construction technology. Student shall
be a U. S. resident and have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Incoming freshmen
may apply.

Gardner, David M. "WCCC" Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full time student enrolled in
an Associate degree program at WCCC who is a graduate of a Mesa
County, Colorado High School.

Goffredi Memorial Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full time Sophomore or higher
majoring in any field of study at WCCC. The recipient must be gainfully
employed a minimum of 10 hours per week while enrolled in school.

Grand Junction Lions Club Scholarship - WCCC

Criteria: WCCC full-time non-traditional (25+ years of age)
student with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be a five-year Mesa County
resident and demonstrate significant financial need.

Greer Lapham, Roth Scholarhip-WCCC

Criteria: Mesa State College full time student enrolled in
a program at WCCC with a minimum GPA of 3.0 who is a resident of

Junior Service League WCCC Scholarship

Criteria: WCCC female student enrolled in any vocational
major within WCCC. Applicants must be a Mesa County resident with
documented financial need.

Meadow Gold Dairy Culinary Arts Scholarship

Criteria: Mesa State College full time Colorado resident
enrolled in the School of Applied Technology (WCCC) and majoring
in Culinary Arts. Applicants must have graduated from high school
with a minimum GPA of 2.0

year of studies who is enrolled in a construction-related field

National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Chapter
#359 Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full time female student enrolled
in a Drafting, Electric Lineman, Construction Technology, or Manufacturing
Technology program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Value: $500 or as determined by funds available and the recipient
will receive an annual student membership to the NAWIC Western Colorado
Chapter #359

ProStart Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full time student majoring in
Culinary Arts with a minimum GPA of 2.0 (a 3.0 GPA must be maintained
in ProStart courses). Applications must have earned a ProStart Certificate
of Completion and must have matriculated to Mesa State College within
24 months of high school graduation.

Criteria: Mesa State College full-time female student selected
on the basis of need, scholarship ability and on seriousness of
purpose and endeavor. The recipient must have a minimum institutional
cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Wagler, S.N. Scholarship
Administered by the Mesa State College Foundation
Criteria: Mesa State College full time student with a minimum
GPA of 2.5 enrolled in an Associate degree or higher who otherwise
might not have been able to secure a college education without encouragement
and financial assistance. The recipient will be selected on the
basis of need, scholarship ability, and seriousness of purpose and
endeavor.
