Concurrent Program Application

• Complete once to apply to Mesa State/WCCC
• Include $30 application fee
• Student may also use this application to apply to MSC/WCCC as first-time freshman
• Include current high school transcript and ACT or SAT scores. If no test scores are available, please plan to take the English and Math Accuplacer tests at the College's Prometric Test Center

Concurrent Program Registration

• Complete each semester of concurrent enrollment
• Must be signed by student
• Must be signed by HS counselor/official

Concurrent Program Student/Parent Responsiblity

• Complete once
• Must be signed by student AND parent/guardian
