Mesa State College is in the process of seeking approval for this endorsement program. The courses are currently offered under the Topics designation under the auspices of the Extended Campus program. Once the endorsement has been approved, courses earned during this initial proposal period will be accepted into the full endorsement program.

In addition, individuals enrolling in these courses will be registered as non-degree seeking students, and as such, will not need to submit a formal graduate program application. Once the endorsement has been approved, students must officially apply for the graduate endorsement (and/or master's degree) using the MSC graduate programs application form and submit the appropriate fees and official transcripts.

For those interested in earning a Master's degree in conjunction with the proposed endorsement, the following four courses are also required:
EDUC 501 Educational Technology 1 credit
EDUC 502 Theory, Design, & Assessment of Curriculum 3 credits
EDUC 503 Introduction to Educational Research & Design 3 credits
EDUC 500 Culture & Pedagogy 3 credits
