Information about the job: This position
includes a variety of duties, providing assistance to different
departments in all areas of our campus. If you take pride in your

Duties: Provides support to the custodial, maintenance, and
grounds departments. Assists the grounds department with turf care
by digging ditches and trenches, performing minor sprinkler repairs,
and operating turf care equipment. Builds and repairs fencing. Snow
removal duties as assigned. Unlocks campus facilities daily. Moves
furniture and equipment, sets up chairs, tables and equipment for
special events. Assists in custodial area with cleaning, sanitizing,
and waste removal. Assists pipe and mechanical trades with lubricating
equipment, and changing filters and belts on heating and cooling
units. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: No specific experience required, but does require
mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Individual must
be able to perform physical work including lifting, moving and digging.
Must possess a valid State of Colorado driver's license and successfully
complete background investigation and drug screen.
