AIR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

When making airline reservations, the agent for the Travel Society, will need the following information on ALL TRAVELERS, including candidates or recruits.

1. Name as it appears on the person's drivers license and/or passport.
2. Home address.
3. Home phone number.
4. Cell Phone number.
5. Work Phone number.
6. Email address of passenger.
7. Full passport information (for international travel).
8. Date of Birth (international travel only).

These are the security requirements that must be added to the Travel Society reservation profile as of March 24, 2006.
