Definitions

•In-State Trip

A College traveler in travel status within the State of Colorado and in the immediate area outside Colorado that is a necessary part of an otherwise in-state trip.

•Out-of-State Trip

A College traveler in travel status outside of Colorado and within CONUS (the Continental U.S., including the District of Columbia), Alaska, Hawaii.

•International Trip

" Modifies the meal per diem (Appendices A - C) to adopt Federal changes.
" Changes Canada and Mexico from out-of-state travel to out-of-country travel.

A College traveler in travel status to any destination that is not considered in-state or out-of-state.
