in a major within the Fine and Performing Arts Department or the
Languages, Literature and Communications Department with a minimum
GPA of 3.0 and having financial need. Preference given to an applicant
who has demonstrated a history of self effort in financing college.
Value: Up to tuition and student fees (in-state amount, maximum
of 12 credit hours per semester) plus $250 each semester for books
