Student Health Center
The Student Health Center, located at 1060 Orchard Avenue, Suite O, is open during the fall and spring semesters when school is in session. The physician and health care practitioners have varied hours Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturdays, 8am-12pm throughout Fall and Spring semester.

An appointment is necessary to see the provider; call 256-6345 to make arrangements. This number can also be called after hours, for 24/7 emergency coverage. Visit the Student Health Center website.

All registered Mesa State College students, who have paid their student fees, may use the Student Health Center. Students using the Student Health Center for services received will be required to pay a $15.00 co-pay at time of service.

An additional fee will be charged for special services, e.g., simple medical procedures, vaccinations, laboratory tests, etc. It is not required that you have health insurance to be seen at the Mesa State College Student Health Center; however, you are encouraged to acquire health care coverage.

Mesa State College contracts with Desert Sun Medical Center to provide competent, accessible medical care. Medical treatment is provided for those students who are ill or injured, similar to your family physician; as well as guidance and education in health matters that promote health, prevention, and wellness.
