Elm Hall

Elm Hall was newly renovated for Fall 2008 and houses 21 residents in two suites on the second floor. For 2009-2010, Elm Hall is all-male. For 2010-2011, Elm Hall will have one male suite and one female suite. Elm Hall amenities include:

*Two suites with double-occupancy bedrooms

*Two bathrooms per suite

*Each bedroom has a cable television jack and internet access (ethernet and wireless)

*One living area per suite which has a shared phone line and phone mail

*One apartment-sized washer/dryer per suite. The west suite has a stacking washer/dryer unit while the east suite has side-by-side units.

*Laundry is free!

Each bedroom has two regular twin size beds, desks, chairs and two closets. The living area has comfortable seating for meeting, studying or relaxing.

Elm Hall Highlights

• 24 hour secured doors - your MAVcard allows you entry to the outside door and your bedroom door
• Smoke/Tobacco free hall
• A student Resident Assistant resides in the west suite to assist you with any problems or concerns
• Data and cable connections in each bedroom
• One land line phone hookup per suite in the living area
• A meal plan is required
• Elm Hall is closed during semester break.
