PRIVACY POLICIES

Privacy issues are covered under federal and state statutes. FERPA, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, was passed in 1974 to protect student information. Colorado Library Law under Colorado Revised Statues 24-90-119 protects library patron information. A Website Privacy Policy is required under Colorado Revised Statutes 24-72-502.
