Storage Formats: Presentations should be on CD or DVD or
floppy. Not supported are USB or Firewire memory devices.

Internet: Internet access is available in all smart classrooms

Software: Basic software package includes Office 2000 or
XP Professional (including powerpoint) in all classrooms, Windows Media
Player, Quicktime and RealPlayer. If presenters need software other than
this on any machine, they need phone or email in advance to determine if
we can meet their needs.

Hardware: Computers in the classrooms vary in processor,
memory and other resources. The following minimum resources should apply
to all: Pentium III, 256 MB memory, 32 MB video card, CD/DVD ROM. Some rooms
will have a higher quality computer. Presenters with any intensive multimedia
needs should phone or email in advance. We do not have remote mice or presenter
devices.

Notebooks: Presenters may bring their own notebooks and
plug into the data projection system for presentations, however they will
not be able to access the internet from the classroom.

Resolution: All data projectors support XGA 1024 x 768.
Computer presentations should not exceed this resolution.
