The Colorado National Monument was established May 24, 1911.
The area is filled with monolithic sandstone, sheer cliffs,
deep canyons and more. The area is rich in both history and
beauty. Golden eagles, mule deer, bighorn sheep and mountain
lions make this their home.

and "magnificent!" A visit to the Colorado National
