External Publications and Advertising Policy
The Mesa State College Marketing Department is charged with ensuring
that the College is able to project a positive, consistent message
and image to the community and to potential students. To better
maintain this image and message, all external publications, including
brochures, flyers, posters and advertising, will need to be reviewed
and approved by the Marketing Department prior to dissemination.
Approved projects will receive a stamp to indicate that they have
been reviewed. Local printers and advertising media have been informed
of the policy and instructed to not move forward on any College
print jobs without the stamped approval of the Marketing Department.
