Instructional Annex I is located on the Southeast corner of 12th Street and Elm Avenue. At this time, it is the only classroom facility to the east of 12th Street (most of Mesa State's growth has been to the west).

Parking for this building is located in a pass lot directly to the south or across 12th Street in a pay lot.
