Instructional Annex II
(a.k.a. Development Center)

Photo of Recital Hall

This building has served many purposes both before and since its acquisition by Mesa State in 1999. Today, the building is used as additional classroom space to meet the demand of Mesa's rapidly growing student population.

The Instructional Annex II was purchased through a capital expansion campaign conducted by the Mesa State College Foundation with the support of the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, and hundreds of private donors.

The building itself was the longtime home to St. Mathews Episcopal Church. It stands on the corner of North Avenue and College Place.
