The Music Department is located in the Moss Performing Arts Center, which houses a 288-seat Recital Hall, 620-seat theater, two large rehearsal halls, 13 faculty studies, a new piano/technology lab with 16 stations, as well as classrooms and practice rooms.

MSC Music Department Now Offering a Bachelor's of Arts in Music - Elective Studies in Business - NASM (National Association of Schools of Music) has recently approved a new Music Degree at Mesa State College. It is designed for students who want to pursue a career in the music industry. The coursework will develop the student's knowledge of business practices and relationships and prepare them to handle professional responsibilities in a wide range of business careers.
