Registering For Online Courses
There are three ways to register for a Mesa State College Online
course:
- Registration Dates:
Currently enrolled students can register through
MAVzone,
at one of the campuses, or the Registrars Office beginning
on the date below. The credit hour counts only include completed
credits through Summer 2007.
October 29........................ Graduate students and Seniors
90+ credit hours
October 31........................ Juniors (60+ credit hours)
November 2...................... Sophomores (30+ credit hours)
Novenber 6 ...................... Freshmen (less than 30 hours) with the last name M-Z
November 8 ..................... Freshmen (less than 30 hours) with the last name A-L
November 12.................... Transfer, High School and Non-degree seeking students
- Newly admitted, degree-seeking students are
encouraged to sign up for an orientation program
through the Admissions Office at 970-248-1875.
November 12.................... Transfer, High School and Non-degree seeking students
November 17.................... Orientation for new degree seeking students
November 30.................... Orientation for new degree seeking students
January 4........................... Orientation for new degree seeking students
January 18........................ Orientation for new degree seeking students
- If you are a current Mesa State College student, you can register
for a Mesa State College Online course through the use of the
regular registration processes. The regular processes allow you
to register through the Registrars Office, or MAVzone.

- If you are new to Mesa State College, and intend to complete
your degree with us, you will need to go to the Mesa State College
Admissions webpage
to apply for admission. Once admitted, you can follow one of the
regular registration processes identified in item #1. Mesa State

- If you are new to Mesa State College, and are only interested
in enrolling in a Mesa State College Online class for now, you
can obtain an Extended Studies
admission/enrollment form in Adobe .pdf format. Complete the
Extended Studies admission/enrollment form, and mail back to Extended
Studies along with your payment. If you are unable to view the
form, please download the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader and then view the form.
