Technical support includes help with difficulty in connecting
to the Mesa State server and trouble configuring your PC to work
with WebCt and the Mesa State server. Technical support does
not include repair, upgrade or maintenance of your personal
computer or problems with your personal internet service provider
(ISP). The student is responsible for working with your ISP directly
regarding any problems.
