The Center was established to provide a link between Mesa State College, Western slope primary and secondary school districts, and the Western slope business community in the vital area of economics. The primary focus of the Center is to serve as a resource for K-12 teachers on the western slope as they teach economics in their classrooms, through workshops, seminars, curriculum development, information, and materials.
