    A one stop shop for information regarding federal, state, and local licensing requirements for starting a business.

    • Colorado Business Resource Guide
      Colorado Office of Economic Development
      Provides most of the regulatory information necessary to establish a business in Colorado and contains many useful tools and references for successful business operation.
  • Colorado Department of Local Affairs
    The department of state government designed to "Help Colorado Communities Achieve Their Goals."  Includes links to agencies like Economic Development Commission, Division of Housing, Division of Property Taxes, etc.

EDGAR Database of Corporate Information
The SEC requires all public companies (except foreign companies and companies with less than $10 million in assets and 500 shareholders) to file registration statements, periodic reports, and other forms electronically through EDGAR. Anyone can access and download this information for free. Here you'll find links to a complete list of filings available through EDGAR and instructions for searching the EDGAR database.
