Biography
Dr. Bell's academic interests are Title IX, sport law and
sport management. He has conducted several sport management
seminars/workshops in Hong Kong, Thailand and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
He has presented and written articles on women's history in
sport, Title IX and sport legal issues.
