Mesa State College Faculty Brass Quintet
The Mesa State College Faculty Brass Quintet consists of the faculty who teaches applied brass at Mesa State. This faculty quintet performs each semester on campus as well as on chamber music series in surrounding communities. Members of the ensemble, who all perform with the Grand Junction Symphony, include Calvin Hofer and Scott Betts, trumpet; Diana Nelson, horn; Sean Flanigan, trombone; and Scot Bingham, tuba.
 
Faculty Woodwind Quintet
The MSC Faculty Woodwind Quintet is comprised of the faculty who teach applied woodwinds at Mesa State. Members of the ensemble include Kristi Ballif, flute, Adam Ballif, clarinet, Aryn Sweeney, oboe, Ken Heitt, bassoon, and Janet Cummings, horn. The Woodwind Quintet performs both on and off campus for numerous events.
Faculty Jazz Quartet
The Faculty Jazz Quartet is directed by Darin Kamstra. The group performs original and standard jazz repertoire in a variety of styles. Members include Sean Flanigan, trombone; Tim Fox, piano; Dennis Woodrich, bass; and Darin Kamstra.
