Mesa
State Theatre is rated first in technical theatre
and second overall in a Denver Post ranking of Colorado
Colleges. From September to May, four mainstage shows
are produced ranging from light comedies to musicals
to classics. Performances take place in the 600-seat
William S. Robinson Theatre in the Moss Performing
Arts Center, 1100 North Avenue, Grand Junction. Also
in the Moss Performing Arts Center is the intimate
Mesa Experimental Theatre (MET). The space features
student-directed works, drama society productions
and other shows that are out of the ordinary.
