The Department of Languages, Literature, and Communications offers diverse educational opportunities. Among the programs of study available through the department are English, Mass Communication, Philosophy, and Foreign Languages. The department provides all Mesa State students with the core of a liberal arts education.

For those students who choose to pursue degrees through the Department of Languages, Literature, and Comunications, we offer a variety of options. Both the English Program and the Mass Communication Program offer the Bachelor of Arts. We also offer several associates degrees and minors.
