The Math
Club of Mesa State College meets weekly to plan events, discuss
mathematics and have fun. They organize and run the annual Math
Extravaganza, sell calculators, attend regional MAA meetings and

Computer science students at Mesa State are encouraged to join
the student chapter of the Association
for Computing Machinery (ACM). This club meets regularly, has
guest speakers, and competes in regional programming contests. For

Membership in the student chapter of the Mathematical Association
of America (MAA) is available to any student. Members receive the
monthly journal and are invited to attend regional and national
meetings. For more information, contact Dr.

Kappa Mu Epsilon (KME) is a national mathematics honor society.
Members are nominated and honored annually at a formal initiation
ceremony. Nominations are based on class rank, mathematics GPA,
