Catering requests need to be placed through the Conference
Coordinator at (970) 248-1414. Campus Dining Services will
provide all food and non-alcoholic beverages, with the exception
of wedding cakes, special mints and nuts. Due to health regulations
and liability concerns, leftover food items may not leave
the premises. Prices do not include sales tax, gratuities,
delivery charges, linens or centerpieces. Linens, overlays
and centerpieces are available for an additional charge.

Guarantee
Final attendance must be confirmed 72 business hours in
advance, or the expected number will be used as the guarantee.
This number will be used as your guarantee and not subject
to reduction. We will set for 5% over the guarantee. The
final bill will reflect the guarantee or actual attendance
whichever is greater. Cancellations with less that 48 hours
notice will be billed a 30% charge. Cancellation without
notice will be billed per the guarantee.
Service Charge
A minimum service charge will be added to catered events
of less that 10 guests or buffets smaller that 25. These
charges will be determined by the size, menu and location
of the event. Additional charges may result for room arrangements
that are not directly related to the serving of food or
beverages. All non-campus groups are subject to a 15% gratuity
plus a 2% service charge.
Delivery Charge
A 10% or minimum of $125.00, whichever is greater, delivery
charge will be assessed for catering events located outside
the College Center.
Alcohol Policy
Campus Dining Services does not provide alcoholic beverages
or services. Please see the Conference Coordinator for the
campus alcohol policy.
