We understand the potential for monotony when dining in the same place every day. That’s why we are excited to present a variety of dining formats that change throughout the day, and are constantly reevaluated based on guest preferences and trends. Our ultimate goal is to provide restaurant quality food combined with great service and a fresh approach. The dining hall is an "all you care to eat" system.

We are proud to present the following daily formats:

Three Squares:
If you love great tasting home style food, Three Squares is the place for you! Wholesome meals, based on traditional comfort foods such as creamy macaroni and cheese, savory meat loaf or baked lasagna become extra special in the hands of our on-site chef.

Vegetarian:
No longer is vegetarian fare an afterthought tucked into a corner of the dining hall. We proudly feature outstanding vegetarian meals at our Vegetarian Station, such as Spinach lasagna, Pasta Primavera and Black Bean Tortilla casserole that will appeal to all of our guests.

Just In Time:
Perhaps nowhere will our passion for restaurant quality dining sizzle as much as at our Just in Time station. Watch as our expert culinarians prepare your meal especially for you, exactly the way you want it. Some of our most popular performances include sizzling salads, pasta pronto, and spicy stir fry. Come in for dinner and a show!
