How are shipping costs calculated?
There is a flat rate of $5.00 for each order. If the order consists of
more than one item, $1.00 is charged for every item after the first one.
Example: If the order contains 2 items, the shipping charge will be $5.00+$1.00
x (1) = $6.00.
If the order contains 5 items, the shipping charge will be
$5.00 + $1.00 x (4) = $9.00.
Diploma frames have a flat shipping rate of $10.95 and will be shipped to
you from the manufacturer. Can I return something from an online order?
Yes. A return can be made within 30 days of purchase given the items have
not been worn, washed, or damaged by customer. The customer will be responsible
for any return shipping charges. All tags and receipts need to be sent
with the return.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders will be processed by the end of the next business day.
Where will you ship orders?
We will ship anywhere within the United States and Canada. International
orders will have extra shipping charges. We ship through UPS so
we will provide a tracking number after the order has been processed.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
What if you are out of something I ordered?
We try to keep the online inventory updated regurlarly, but sometimes
an order for an item will be placed before we can mark it as out of
stock. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately by phone
or email,
and the order will be updated accordingly. Sometimes a requested
item can be ordered, but this will take about three weeks.
