The following room and board charges for accommodations are for contracts beginning Fall Semester 2006. A deposit of $150.00, which includes a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 is required at the time of application to housing.

FREE Laundry, no separate utility bills to pay, phone, cable, and data connections in each room. 24-hour secured doors, tobacco free rooms, and smoke free buildings.

**A $40.00 charge per person, per semester will be added to all residents' accounts for the Housing activity fee. The activity fee is non-refundable.

To be eligible for summer housing, you do not need to be enrolled for summer classes as long as you are registered for Fall 2008 classes.

Billing Information and Deadlines

Tuition and fees, including housing and meals, are due and payable on the first day of class. Payment may be made in person in the Business Office on the lower level of Lowell Heiny Hall, by mail, or by phone at 248-1567. Cash, checks, and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover) are accepted. All past due accounts are assessed at 1% per month service charge. All accounts must be paid in full prior to September 15th to avoid additional late fees. For further information read the MSC Student Handbook.
