Rait & Pinon Hall

Welcome to our same-gender halls! Mesa State College continues to adjust to the changing needs of our student populations. We can now offer students more choices in type of halls!

Rait Hall residents are all Female!
Pinon Hall residents are all Male!

Both halls house 198 students. The rooms are furnished with carpet and stationary furniture including two beds, two closets, two desks, and two chairs. There are also balconies on most 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

What should I bring?

Student Property Insurance

Rait and Pinon Halls offer community bathrooms, study lounge, TV lounge, laundry rooms (washer and dryers are FREE!), and vending machines. A student staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience. You can check out VCRs, games, vacuums, and cleaning supplies.
