Tolman Hall is co-ed and houses 182 students. The rooms are furnished with carpet and stationary furniture including two beds, two closets, two desks, and two desk chairs. There are also balconies on most 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

Student Property Insurance

Tolman Hall offers community bathrooms, a study lounge, TV lounge, laundry rooms (washers and dryers are FREE!), and vending machines. A student staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience. You can check out VCRs, games, vacuums, and cleaning supplies.

Other Tolman Hall Highlights

Tolman Hall was completely rennovated during the summer of 2003. This extensive rennovation included installation of:

  • Double-paned glass in balcony doors and windows
  • New carpeting
  • New drapes
  • New furniture in the lounges and common areas
  • New draperies in all the rooms
  • New paint inside and out
  • New mattresses in every room
  • A modern fire suppression system throught the hall
  • "Smart" fire alarm system

  • Single rooms available on a limited basis
