How to fill out the RHA Care
Package Form:
Type requested information into each box as appropriate.
Please return form at least 48 hours prior to the requested
delivery date.
Return the form via email: housing@mesastate.edu;
fax: 970-248-1979, or directly dropping it off at the Mesa
State
College Housing Office.
The requested packages are hand delivered to the individual,
or by a package slip to pick up at the front desk.
