Bus Bergman Field is located directly West of the Roe F. Saunders Fieldhouse at the corner of 12th Street and Orchard Avenue. Bus Bergman is approximately 9.8 acres in size and is primarily used for academic classes, intercollegiate athletic camps, practices and games, intramural and recreational sports, and student drop-in play. This area is not lighted and closes every evening at dusk. Bergman Field serves as the home field for the Maverick Soccer and Softball teams. This venue is the official practice area for the baseball and football teams as well. Groups wishing to make use of a portion of this facility for an event or practice must make reservations in advance with the Director of Campus Recreation Services at 248-1592
