The Carter and Lena Elliott Tennis Center is located directly North of the Roe F. Saunders Fieldhouse at the corner of 12th Street and Orchard Avenue. There are ten lighted championship tennis courts that are available for students, faculty, staff, and members of the general public to use. The courts are used primarily for academic classes, intercollegiate athletic practices and meets, Grand Junction Tennis Club activities, as well as general public drop-in play. The lights have the ability to stay on until 11:00 p.m. nightly. There is no reservation system for drop-in play but there is normally a court to play on most hours of every day.
