How do I go about reserving a court?
Reservations may be made by calling (970) 248-1592 or by dropping
by the Information Desk located at the entrance of the Student
Recreation Center. Reservations can be made one working day
in advance.
How long can I reserve a court for?
One person can reserve one court for one hour. The reservation
times begin and end on the hour. This rule was established
so that the maximum number of different participants may have
the opportunity to play.
What if I don't have a racket?
You can rent a racquetball racket at the Information Desk
for $1.00 per use.
What if I don't have any racquetballs?
You can buy a can of racquetballs at the Information Desk.
If the information desk has any racquetballs in our lost in
found, they will be more than willing to loan a used racquetball
out to you.
Are eyeguards required?
While eyeguards are not required, they are encouraged for
all participants. Eyeguards can be checked out at no charge
from the Information Desk.
Do you have a dress code?
We expect all participants to wear soft-bottom athletic shoes
that do not leave marks on the floor. We also expect all players
to wear a shirt or tee shirt at all times.
What if I don't have a partner to play?
You can contact the
Director of Intramural Sports, who can assist you with
finding a suitable racquetball opponent/partner. You can also
use the court by yourself to practice if you would like.
