CLASSIFIED STAFF PERSON OF THE
MONTH
NOMINATION FORM
Any full-time
Mesa State College employee may nominate a Mesa State College
classified staff member for the Classified Staff Person of the
Month Award. Nominees should display leadership and teamwork characteristics.
The following criteria should serve as a guide for the nomination
process.
- The nominee
should be a role model who encourages students to be responsible
citizens.
- The nominee
may be, but is not required to be, active in special projects,
i.e. work in the community, school activities and committees,
religious and/or nonprofit and/or professional organizations,
etc.
- The nominee
should continually be enhancing his/her personal development.
The nominee should be a person that has contributed to the advancement
of Mesa State College.
- The nominee
must be a full-time classified staff member.
- The nominee
shall not have received the Classified Staff Person of the Month
Award in the last year.
Submit your
nomination by placing it in one of the Classified Staff Suggestion
Boxes in Houston Hall (next to Business Dept. Office), Lowell
Heiny Hall (next to Financial Aid), or the Maintenance Building,
by the last day of each month.

submit your nomination using the form below. The nominations will
be reviewed, and final selection will be made, by the Classified
Staff Council selection committee
