MINUTES OF THE MEETING

12:00 Welcome and Call to Order – Jody Labuda, Secretary

Introductions. We had a great turnout for this meeting, with 20 staff members attending.

Treasurer’s Report – Jody Labuda, Secretary

New Business
Creation of a Group on MAVZone and updating of the website will be handled by Jody.

Discuss representation by departments in CSC. We had representatives from four classifications: Administrative Support, Custodial, Data Processing and Facilities Services.

Discussion of Employee of the Semester and nominations are requested for the next meeting. Jody will ask Dana Nunn to email campus wide for nominations. Nominations will be reviewed by the April meeting to give time for the recognition ceremony in May.
