Board of Trustees
Jane North is a community volunteer active in the Cherry
Creek School District for more than twenty years. She was a founding
member and served six years on the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation
board of directors, ten years on the District's Community Legislative
Network with a term as chair, eleven years on the Parents' Council,
nine years on the High School Parent Senate and thirteen years in
various capacities with middle and elementary school boards and
committees.
North has been a director and officer of several family businesses
and foundations including the Creslenn Ranch Company in Dallas,
the Creslenn Park Corporation and 333 Eagle Corporation.
She has been a board member of Craig Hospital and the Institute
for Creative Aging. She was chair of the Craig Hospital Foundation,
vice president of The Gathering Place and a gubernatorial appointee
to the 1992 Colorado Children's Initiative. She has been a member
of the Junior League of Denver, Inc. since 1980.
North holds a bachelor's degree in psychology/sociology from the
University of Colorado at Boulder. She and her husband, Jack, have
three adult children and four grandchildren.
