HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS AT THE BISHOP CAMPUS

The career and technical education programs offered at the Tilman M. Bishop Campus are designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge that can enable them to go to work at higher wages than a typical high school graduate without specialized training.

The high school programs also prepare students to continue their educations by aligning most high school programs with the Western Colorado Community College (WCCC) college program in that field. In most programs, students can earn college credit while still in high school.

Mesa County Valley School District 51 high school students take all but their technical education classes at their home high school. Bus transportation is provided between District 51 high schools and the Bishop Campus.

For more information about high school programs, contact your high school counselor, e-mail us at wccc@mesastate.edu or contact WCCC Student Services.
