Adding a Course to WebCT
Because of limited storage capacity, courses are not maintained on the WebCT server indefinitely. A course will remain on the server for two semeters after it is taught. You are responsible for creating backups of old courses.

Courses should be requested the term before it is to be taught. An email will be sent out as a reminder to request courses.

Courses will not be placed on the server unless one of the following forms has been filled out and submitted:
Request a new course
Re-use an existing WebCT 6.0 course
Request a 4.1 course be migrated to version 6.0
