The writing center offers one-on-one assistance to students in all aspects of their writing, from rough drafts to final polishes. Students may drop in or make appointments. Please keep in mind that the sooner you ask for help, the more help we can offer.

Students may also email papers for review or upload papers into the “Writing Center” folder on the K Drive of the school server. Please include your email address and a brief note about what sort of help you would like. If you would rather email the paper for uploading onto the K drive, please do so at wwwright@mesastate.edu.

The writing center is not a paper-writing or proofreading service. Although staff will work with students at all levels of compromising, from planning to drafting to revising to editing, the student retains the ultimate decision of how to revise.
